This was an unexpected delight. I am normally not a mystery reader but the premise of a murder during a hurricane hooked me. It was filled with great and funny characters. I real treat for someone in the mood for a quick, funny murder mystery set in an unusual setting. It is obvious the author is more than familiar a response to a hurricane, the details of the inner workings are fascinating. Pick this one up.

Very tedious reading. Characters inane and plot ponderous. I should have stopped reading midway.
This was a fun read. The last chapter is a hoot. 'Fatality Management' is a mystery/crime scene novel with a hint of a romance. It is full of humor and colorful characters.
Quite an adventure in Mullet Shores! Fast paced, taking place over 24 hours--2 murders, A hurricane, an escaped felon, 2 ferrets, and ending with a hilarious, Keystone comedy chase to capture a killer. Relax and enjoy!
This book by Alexandra Erie was an excellent read. The story takes place in the hurricane season and there are murders which have to be solved. It is a book that is well worth the read for mystery fans. I enjoyed it.

Part of the reason I enjoyed this so much was because I've had a streak of bad books recently and it's great to find one I could finish happily. Even so, this was a fun cozy with well-drawn, likeable characters. I hope to read more by the author.
This was a book after my own heart. Calamities, true-to-life characters, and a not-too graphic crime (well, two of them) thrown in. It was laugh-out-loud in many places, chuckles aplenty in more.

In addition the writing was very good. Complete sentences, thought out paragraphs, and a delightful way of describing the events. Loved the main character and her interaction with everyone, especially her sister.

Give us more!! Too enjoyable a 'cast' to have them disappear.
